How to Consign?

At Grape Living, we're thrilled to offer a unique opportunity for you to consign your gently used, high-quality furniture and home decor items. Our mission is to find new homes for your beloved pieces while offering our shoppers a diverse range of exquisite finds. Here's how you can be a part of this exciting journey:Step 1: Assessing Your Items
First, take a moment to assess the items you wish to consign. We are looking for high-quality, gently used furniture, home decor, and unique pieces that align with our aesthetic. Items should be in excellent condition, clean, and free from damage.
Step 2: Initial Contact
Before bringing in your items, please contact us at 772-777-5006 We recommend sending clear, well-lit photographs of the items you wish to consign, along with any relevant details (brand, age, condition, etc.). This allows us to preliminarily assess their suitability for our store.Step 3: Appointment Scheduling
Once we've reviewed your items, we'll schedule an appointment for you to bring them in. Appointments are available Monday & Tuesday, 10 AM to 12 PM. This ensures we can provide you with our full attention and care.Step 4: Bringing in Your Items
On your scheduled appointment, bring your items to our store at7190 S E Federal Hwy. Stuart, FL 34997. Our team will conduct a final review to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Step 5: Consignment Agreement
If your items are approved, we will discuss and finalize the consignment agreement. This includes:
- Pricing: Our pricing is based on the original cost if known, current market supply & demand. It is in your best interest, as well as ours, to get the highest possible price.The final decision on pricing of any consigned item will be determined by Grape Living. If an item needs cleaning or repair, the consigner may be charged to do so.
- Consignment Period & Payouts: When an item is sold within the first 90 days you will be paid for 50% of the selling price. After 90 days, under 180 days, we may discount the item & you will be paid for 40% of the selling price. You will be paid the following month of the sale or you may opt for store credit with a 10% bonus payback.
Step 6: Display and Sale
Your items will be displayed in our store and may also be featured on our website and social media platforms. We take pride in creating attractive displays that highlight the unique beauty of each piece.Step 7: End of Consignment Period
After six months, if an item remains unsold, it becomes property of Grape Living & we have the right to donate said item unless other arrangements are made. It is the consignors responsibility to let Grape Living know if he/she will be taking back any items prior to the six-month
